CRG Partners Announces Sheon Karol to Join as Partner

NEW YORK, March 31– CRG Partners, a leading corporate turnaround and restructuring consultancy, announced today that Sheon Karol has joined the firm as a partner at its headquarters in New York. With more than twenty years of financial services and turnaround experience, Karol is an innovative leader whose collaborative approach will support CRG’s efforts to provide its clients with exceptional operational and financial improvement services.

Karol joins CRG Partners having previously served as a managing director for turnaround firms Mesirow Financial Consulting and XRoads, LLC. Karol has served as a chief restructuring officer and has played a key role in several major turnarounds, including Winn-Dixie supermarkets and Impath, Inc., a medical diagnostic company.

Karol, a Yale Law School graduate, is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) as well as the Turnaround Management Association. He regularly serves as a faculty member for ABI conferences, instructing new practitioners in business bankruptcy practices and lectures on the use of auctions as a capital-raising source.
