Mr. Allieri is particularly skilled at enhancing business performance, managing P&L, driving sales and maximizing stakeholder return. Notable accomplishments include:

• President and CEO of a $215 million telecommunications company that was emerging from Chapter 11 proceedings, where he stabilized the customer base and revenue, positioning the company for a successful merger, which brought a 300% gain to investors
• President of business services for an $800 million telecommunications company that had been formed from the merger of three companies, where he co-led post-merger integration and restructuring efforts, including launching a new brand, improving interaction with customers, and developing and implementing a new sales strategy and structure
• Served in a variety of executive management positions for a Fortune 500 telecommunications company, including senior vice president and general manager for a $650 million division, where he managed P&L, reducing losses by 50% in one year
• Senior vice president of sales and marketing for a start-up telecommunications company, where he increased revenue from less than $1 million to more than $70 million by launching new products, developing effective marketing campaigns and improving customer relations; he also co-led the successful IPO and follow-on offering, raising more than $200 million

Mr. Allieri holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves on the board of directors for Rigidized Metals Corporation and has recently provided consulting services to clean technology and telecommunications companies.
