Mr. Goldstein has worked as an industrial firms operator, as well as a consultant to investor groups, commercial lenders and operating companies, where he provided improvement strategies for the stakeholders of troubled businesses, negotiated company sales and provided mergers and acquisitions services, including identifying, analyzing and negotiating prospective acquisitions.
Bruce Goldstein has more than 15 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to various companies and their stakeholders. Mr. Goldstein specializes in financial restructuring, due diligence and the analysis and valuation of industrial companies. He has assisted businesses in a variety of sizes ranging from $5 million in annual revenue to Fortune 500 companies, and he has expertise in numerous industries, including:

Currently, Mr. Goldstein serves as an adviser to a major equipment company that manages one of the largest used and new process machinery operations in the U.S. Mr. Goldstein also was a principal at a leveraged buyout firm specializing in industrial companies and the founder of a corporate financial services firm providing financial advisory services. Mr. Goldstein started his career in 1982 with Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he accumulated experience in the audit, tax and consulting sectors. This culminated in his position as co-leader of an advisory services team specializing in strategic acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and other complex situations.
Mr. Goldstein holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, where he graduated with honors. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
