- CFO of a regional propane gas distributor in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, where he implemented rapid changes to the company's financial systems and processes, creating credibility with senior lenders, suppliers and employees
- Advisor to a $250 million distributor of motorcycle parts and accessories, where he drove the cash management, accounts payable and finance reform
- Advisor to a $150 million provider of industrial sensors and consumer measurement products, where he managed treasury functions, vendors and financial modeling
- General manager, reporting to the board of directors, in a turnaround of a commercial printing company, where he reduced SG&A by 25%, direct costs by 10% and returned the company to profitability within 60 days of plan execution
- CFO of a specialty printing and distribution company, and responsible for all finance, information systems, accounting and strategic planning during a period of rapid growth, including the planning and execution of four acquisitions
- Vice president of operations of a job-shop manufacturing environment, where he planned and executed operational and capital improvements that increased gross margins by 11%
Previously, Mr. Chagnon served in the U.S. Army as a rifle platoon leader in the 2nd Ranger Battalion, the Army's most elite combat organization. He received an MBA in manufacturing and operations management with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor's degree in political science from Northwestern University.
