Daniel deBrauwere has more than 25 years of experience assisting companies in the sourcing and financing of complex situations as well as advising companies on strategic, financial restructurings. Throughout his career, Mr. deBrauwere has provided strategic, financial counsel to some of the top-performing companies in the country. He has advised companies as to the appropriate financial solutions to meet the complex challenges they faced.

Noteworthy accomplishments include:

• Served as president of Bank of America Business Capital’s Pacific/Southwest region, where he had full P&L responsibility for all of the bank’s asset-based lending operations in the Western United States and Canada, approximately $4 billion under management
• Advised both public and private companies on strategic options in the capital and debt markets
• Worked closely with numerous senior management teams to structure customized, complex financial solutions that provided immediate liquidity and established a strong foundation for future growth
• Provided leadership to large bank groups serving various multi-institutional borrowers, both public and private
• Assisted a publically held, $1 billion apparel manufacturing company in the development of a $300 million, syndicated working capital facility to provide sufficient liquidity for current growth and allow for a go-private stock buy-back
• Advised a national veterinary pharmaceutical distributor on its strategic financial options throughout a contentious financial restructuring
• Provided strategic direction and advice, portfolio analysis and a workout plan to a major lender in support of an independent commercial financial and factoring company

Mr. deBrauwere holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Southern California. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt, and he holds several financial licenses, including Series 7, 24 and 63. Mr. deBrauwere serves as a board member for Semco Instruments Inc., a publicly traded aerospace manufacturing company. Additionally, he is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association for Corporate Growth.
