David Tiffany has more than 10 years of professional experience, including several years of expertise in corporate finance and restructuring. He has served as a trusted advisor to numerous companies and as an interim manager during complex cases. His industry experience includes:

Mr. Tiffany is particularly skilled in creditor and debtor negotiation, financial planning and analysis and valuation services. A few noteworthy accomplishments include:

• Provided financial services for a $5 billion waste management company, where among other duties, he helped implement a comprehensive refinancing package that resulted in significant savings in both cash flow and interest expenses
• Crisis manager for a $300 million healthcare provider, where he developed financial models, managed accounts payable and cash outflow, and prepared monthly operating reports
• Advisor to a $1.5 billion healthcare provider, where among other duties, he collaborated with the bank to prepare select business units for sale and developed a complex financial model, key performance indicator metrics and variance reports
• Provided interim management for a $280 million restaurant company, where he developed a store-by-store profitability analysis and business model to assist in the restructuring process
• Advisor to the management team of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company during its bankruptcy proceedings, where he developed a model that helped prepare the company for a successful 363 asset sale
• Interim manager for a $300 million telecommunications construction company during its Chapter 11 proceedings, where he assisted with the disbursement of the Chapter 11 estate and the payment of creditor claims

During his career, Mr. Tiffany has worked for various consulting and professional services firms, specializing in accounting, restructuring and corporate finance. He is a member of the AICPA, a level-two Chartered Financial Analyst candidate and a Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor.

Mr. Tiffany holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington. He also has an MBA from Arizona State University.
