Dawn Ragan has more than 20 years of combined experience in financial services and turnaround management. She is skilled in quickly assessing complex situations, developing effective operational and financial restructuring solutions and managing multiple constituencies. She has experience in a number of industries, such as:

Ms. Ragan's engagements have included assets and operations in China, Japan, Europe, Australia, Argentina, Mexico, Canada and the United States. She has assisted companies to increase enterprise value both out-of-court and during Chapter 11 proceedings. Ms. Ragan has served in a variety of interim management positions, including CFO, COO and chief restructuring officer (CRO). A few noteworthy accomplishments include:

• Provided financial advisory services to a public consumer products company with more than $1 billion in revenue, where she performed valuation analyses, managed investment bankers and a sale process, oversaw and monitored specific inventory liquidation and wind-down activities and supported reporting and transparency functions
• CRO and CFO of a technology and manufacturing company with more than $2 billion in claims, where she performed cash management and financial advisory services, streamlined operations and conducted RIFs; her efforts greatly increased annual interest income and led to a significant return for stakeholders
• Provided financial advisory services to a doll manufacturer and retailer, where she assisted in raising capital and financial restructuring initiatives
• CFO of an armored car and ATM servicing company, where she performed financial advisory services
• Supported the recapitalization and restructuring efforts of a payday lender
• Provided financial advisory services to a chain of C-stores, where she assisted in the financial analysis, reporting and restructuring initiatives
• Supported the restructuring of a hospital chain through financial advisory services
• Provided financial advisory and restructuring services to several resort and middle-market properties, as well as a casino with public bond debt
• CRO and/or CFO of several affiliated technology companies

Previously, Ms. Ragan was a principal of a national advisory firm. She was also a senior manager and a member of the restructuring practice of a Big Four accounting firm and served in a variety of management positions for several companies in the professional and financial services industries, including vice president of a Wall Street investment bank.

Ms. Ragan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Regis University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and an executive MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is in the process of qualifying for her Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor designation. Ms. Ragan is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.
