Dennis Gerrard has over 20 years of senior-management experience as president, CEO, COO and other executive-level positions. With an extensive background in turnaround and crisis management, Mr. Gerrard is an expert in restructuring businesses to operate in cash-constrained environments, reducing manufacturing overhead and SG&A, renegotiating debt and taking companies through Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Gerrard has successfully managed many companies back to profitability and has experience in a wide variety of industries, including:

Mr. Gerrard has served as financial advisor to a $100 million garment manufacturer, where he led the financial restructuring, provided cash management and financial projections, developed cost reduction programs and coordinated lender negotiations.
Additionally, Mr. Gerrard was president and COO of a $100 million plastics producer. He positioned the company for sale while implementing planning systems, driving sales volume, expanding capacity, staging future product launches and creating a manufacturing plan to support growth.
Other assignments include:
- Interim CEO of a decorative packaging company, where he realigned the sales force, improved sales channels and implemented an offshore sourcing strategy
- Interim CEO of a manufacturer of packaging products, where his cash controls and product and facility rationalizations resulted in a $4 million reduction in costs and a fivefold increase in gross margin
- President and CEO of a large manufacturer and importer of photo frames and framed art, where he strategically repositioned the sales focus, enabling the company to completely reverse a significant sales decline in two years
- Court-appointed president and COO of a leading storage products manufacturer, which he reorganized and restructured, resulting in four consecutive years of earnings increases
