Robert J. Glendon, Partner
Bob Glendon has over 40 years of experience in senior-level
management positions. His assignments have been diverse in nature,
ranging from short-term analysis of manual and automated systems
to long-term assignments in crisis management. His broad industry
experience includes:

Mr. Glendon’s experience has included numerous engagements
as interim senior executive, crisis manager or chief restructuring
officer. Some of his notable assignments include:
- Interim CEO of a cosmetics manufacturer; eight wholesale
distributors of HVAC parts and supplies; a manufacturer of
soaps, shampoos and children’s products; an environmental
company; and a retail lumber yard and home improvement center,
to name a few
- Interim CFO of a $500 million manufacturer of enclosures
for the telecommunications industry, with kiosks, ATM machines
and 18 manufacturing sites located in the Orient, the United
States and Europe
- Interim CEO of a manufacturer of mobile military shelters
sold to governments throughout the world
- Chief restructuring officer of a wallpaper manufacturer
that serves small, independent retailers and Big Box home
improvement retailers
- Interim CEO for a business conglomerate of eight individual
corporations, including five retail stores, a wholesale book
company, a mail order company and a medical billing service
company
Previously, Mr. Glendon was vice president of finance at an
industrial products distributor consisting of five divisions
and six distribution plants. He also served as CFO for a commercial
printing company and as corporate controller for an electronics
manufacturing company and a hardware distributor.
Mr. Glendon is a graduate of Northeastern University, with
a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In addition,
Mr. Glendon is a member of the board of directors and board
of advisors for several companies.
