With more than 40 years of retail experience, Larry Hodges has held a variety of senior-management positions, including interim CEO, president and other executive positions for an array of companies.

His industry experience encompasses operations, finance and marketing. Additionally, he has specific experience in executing strategic and tactically driven marketing plans. His expertise lies in successful management of companies and people.

Mr. Hodges is experienced in all aspects of food retailing, including:

Distribution Marketing Operations and manufacturing Private label strategies

Purchasing Real estate Warehousing

Some recent engagements include:

• Advisor to a client in the franchise industry, where his significant franchise experience helped him restructure businesses needing significant intervention to ensure long-term viability
• Consultant developing strategies and operating plans to restore businesses to market share growth and leading public debt financing through 144A offerings
• Advisor for numerous mergers and acquisitions that resulted in increased market penetration and profit growth for clients

In addition, Mr. Hodges has led Chapter 11 filings and successfully developed strategic alliances and post-bankruptcy financing strategies.

Currently, he sits on the Ameristar Casino Board of Directors where he chairs the Compliance Committee and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He is also on the advisory board of Shelf Control.

Mr. Hodges holds a bachelor's degree from California State University and attended Harvard Business School's program for management development.
