Mark Hogland has consulted with or held executive-leadership positions in more than 40 companies throughout the U.S. and Europe over the last 20 years. He is a recognized expert in market and product development and has built a solid track record delivering top-line growth and profit improvement for clients.   • GM of a $25 million manufacturing division in the aerospace industry, where he developed and implemented aggressive growth strategies, increasing defense business from 6% to 20% of total company revenue; provided strategic leadership in crisis situations, implementing financial planning, budgeting and expense control

From 1983 to 1995, Mr. Hogland held various management positions at General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Hogland earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in finance and management from Texas Christian University.
