Mrs. O’Hara is highly skilled at quickly assessing businesses, developing and implementing business plans and collaborating with management to achieve rapid results.  A few of her roles and accomplishments include:

• Interim CEO of a recreational vehicle manufacturer, where she realigned the organization, improved sales and operational processes and launched a new product
• Chairman of three private equity-owned businesses, where she provided coaching during the transition from entrepreneurial to structured, professionally managed businesses 
• Advisor for a large operator of residential homes and services for people with special needs, where she worked with management to increase EBITDA by 67% within six months
• Interim CFO of a $145 million consumer products company, where she completed a business assessment and implemented cost controls and cash management tools
• Interim CEO of a medical device manufacturer where she facilitated two asset sales resulting in full recovery for all creditors and managed the relationship with the company’s Netherlands-based parent corporation through an insolvency proceeding.
• Interim COO of a $200 million, 230-store mattress retail chain, where she identified and implemented improvements that increased EBITDA by 5 points
• Led the launch, along with the client’s SVP, of a global six sigma program across the 800 hotels of a $4 billion hospitality company where improvement projects continue to contribute $100 million of annual EBITDA improvement
• Project manager for a $250 million distributor of automotive batteries, where she worked with management to achieve a 1,400% improvement in operating profit within one year
• Manager of Strategy, Research, Product Design, and Operations for a start-up insurance company growing revenue to $350 million during her six year tenure

Ms. O’Hara graduated with honors. She holds her bachelor’s degree in marketing and her MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
