Mr. Hsu has assisted in the development of vendor plans and cash flow models, instituted operational improvement initiatives, and managed communications during a crisis. A few noteworthy assignments include:

• Assessment and inventory analysis for a $130 million manufacturing company, where he also assisted with operational improvement initiatives
• Crisis management, liquidity management and asset recovery for a $135 million distribution company, where he also improved communications with the lender
• Revenue analysis for a manufacturing company, where he also implemented operational improvement initiatives
• Management consulting and financial analysis for a retail distribution company
  

Previously, Mr. Hsu worked as a financial analyst for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, where he assisted in the allocation and advisory of a $1.2 billion operating budget. Prior to that, Mr. Hsu worked for State Street Corporation as a portfolio administrator.

Mr. Hsu holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Babson College. His studies focused on finance and marketing.
