Specialty medical device distribution Promotional items manufacturing

Some of his engagements include:

• Consultant for a food manufacturer and distributor to help identify critical issues of the company; later served as controller and acting CFO and assisted the company through its Chapter 11, working with the chief restructuring officer both to keep the company operating and ultimately to sell the operations for the benefit of the secured lender, unsecured creditors and owners
• Senior analyst for a plastics packaging company; responsible for the financial and operational analysis of the company's multiple operating divisions and for financial reporting and planning; also served on the management team that completed a $120 million recapitalization of the company
• Spearheaded the orderly liquidation valuations of inventory for various companies, including promotional items manufacturing companies and an automotive parts and supplies distributor

Mr. Juniper received his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
