Sejal Kelly has prepared cash flows, variance reports and
liquidation analyses for a variety of industries ranging from
leather goods to electronics manufacturing. Recently, she has
focused on valuing companies and providing fiduciary support
to a variety of bankruptcy clients. Her industry experience
includes:

Ms. Kelly is knowledgeable in turnaround plan development
and implementation and business plan review and assessment.
She has provided financial and operational solutions for client
companies, has prepared 13-week and 12-month cash flow forecasts
that have been successfully implemented, and has uncovered discrepancies
when analyzing accounts receivable. A few of her assignments
include:
- Preference analysis, litigation and support for a computer
network implementation company, where she also participated
in claims analysis, creditor interaction and asset recovery
- Prepared schedules and statements of financial affairs
for a subsidiary of an international pharmaceutical company
- Assisted a textile manufacturer with the wind-down of its
business, including arranging final tax returns and communicating
with creditors
Previously, Ms. Kelly worked for financial services companies
Brown Brothers Harriman and Fidelity Investments. She also has
experience as a portfolio accountant and administrator of the
master trust and public funds at State Street Bank.
Ms. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and computer
information systems from Bryant College and an MBA in financial
management from Pace University. She has passed all three parts
of the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor exams,
and her certification is pending approval of the CIRA designation.
