Chuck Kuoni has more than 30 years of interim management experience
as CEO, CFO and president, and he specializes in assisting high-profile
companies in distress or crisis. As a turnaround professional,
he has led more than 50 restructurings in a variety of industries
and capacities.
One notable assignment was as president, CEO and director for
a wholly-owned subsidiary of a company traded on the NYSE. Working
with counsel and the parent company, Mr. Kuoni developed a Plan
of Reorganization and renegotiated union contracts at both operating
divisions and instituted a new budgeting process with focus
on cash and operational metrics.

- Executive vice president and CFO - NYSE healthcare company
with $425 million in revenues; responsible for all financial
reporting, SEC reporting, and federal and state tax filings
and financial systems
- Acting CFO of a medical billing company
- CFO for a drug development company
- President of a service company
Mr Kuoni has worked in a wide array of turnaround and crisis
management environments, contributed to the preparation of Plans
of Reorganization and Disclosure Statements and has provided
testimony in bankruptcy court related to Plans and Disclosure
Statements. He has negotiated with creditor constituencies,
including secured banks and insurance companies and unsecured
creditors, and prepared valuations of companies and intangible
assets.
Mr. Kuoni holds a bachelor's degree in business administration
from Texas Christian University and a master's degree from Northwestern's
Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He became a Certified
Public Accountant in the state of Illinois in 1975. In 2006
Mr. Kuoni became a Certified Turnaround Professional.
