Dorian Macovei is a financial analyst and turnaround consultant with more than eight years of experience in restructuring, private equity, privatization and financial consulting in Central and Eastern Europe. He recently assisted a major U.S. institutional fund in its post-acquisition management and restructuring of a large Italian electric motors producer. He also participated in the turnaround and management of an underperforming private equity fund and its exit from its investments in the Baltic States.

His experience prior to joining TRG, now CRG Partners, includes brokerage and financial analysis for capital markets. He has experience in numerous industries, including chemicals, construction materials, engineering, food processing and steel.

Mr. Macovei holds a bachelor's degree from the Academy of Economic Sciences, Bucharest and has completed master's degree coursework in capital markets. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute.
