With over 15 years of management and consulting experience, Matt Pascucci possesses significant experience in all aspects of turnaround, crisis management and financial advisory services. His industry experience includes:

Mr. Pascucci’s restructuring experience includes liquidity and cash management, operational improvement, Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring, solvency analysis, estate management and acquisition due diligence.  A few noteworthy engagements include:

• Oversaw the cash management and preparation and presentation of the restructuring plan to major stakeholders of a $125 million niche travel company, which resulted in the securing of new capital and the successful restructuring of the capital structure
• Advisor to the largest pension fund administrator for a $6 billion transportation service provider, where he reviewed the operating metrics and performed a collateral analysis as part of the negotiations to secure collateral in return for funding deferrals
• Assisted with viability and operations analysis of a $270 million commercial roofing company where he helped multiple constituents overcome viability concerns and outlined cash management and financial reporting improvements
• Provided crisis management to a publicly traded technology company, including landlord and vendor settlements, contract collection support and managing office closings, providing a dividend to creditors
• Assisted with financial and operational analysis of a $110 million metal manufacturer, where he validated the feasibility of the business plan and provided liquidity management support

Prior to joining CRG, Mr. Pascucci was employed at Investors Bank & Trust as a unit manager of an International Operations Group, where Mr. Pascucci developed a wealth of operations experience. 

Mr. Pascucci holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. He is a Board Member of the Northeast Chapter of The Turnaround Management Association and a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
