At a $260 million wholesale distributor and custom manufacturer of motorcycle parts and accessories that was facing a severe liquidity crisis, Ms. Michael developed, implemented and managed a vendor relations program that resulted in the company's vendors commencing product shipments with favorable credit terms, which subsequently resulted in dramatically improved fill rates and with minimal working capital investment.   Additionally, Ms. Michael was responsible for the review and analysis of the company's pricing and discounting policies and procedures.

Other notable accomplishments include:

• Acting on behalf of the trustee of a post confirmation bankruptcy estate, Ms. Michael managed all post confirmation activities, including but not limited to: claims management, claims resolution, preference litigation, negotiation and settlement of disputes with reorganized company
• Assisting an international publisher and internet content provider throughout its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding; managed the due diligence process for the sale of the organization on a going-concern basis, resulting in a successful confirmation of the company's plan of reorganization
• Managing the due diligence process for numerous clients that were selling all or substantially all of their operations, either as a going-concern or an asset-sale basis

Ms. Michael has a bachelor's degree in English from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and a master's degree in interactive technologies from New York University.
