Marko Mitrovic has more than 10 years of experience in operational
and financial restructuring, crisis management and financial
consulting in the United States and Central and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Mitrovic’s expertise includes developing and implementing
turnaround business plans, crisis management, operational and
financial restructuring, cash and vendor management, due diligence,
valuation and the sale of non-core assets/business units, post-acquisition
systems integration and wind-down and liquidation. A few noteworthy
assignments include:
- Advised the senior creditors in the operational restructuring
and sale of a publicly traded $180 million consulting firm
- Prepared economic analysis of a $130 million sports/convention
facility and advised bondholders in relation to its sale
- Managed a $65 million plant nursery for the debtor, which
resulted in the successful operational restructuring and sale
of the company
- Participated in the restructuring and refinancing of a
large computer hardware business
- Advised financial restructuring of a seven-member bank
group and the sale of an overleveraged business service company
- Participated in the turnaround and sale of a leading corrugating
machine maker, where his efforts helped significantly improve
EBITDA
- Extensive international work for numerous companies, several
of which involved direct management
Prior to joining CRG Partners’ domestic division, Mr.
Mitrovic worked for the firm in Slovakia, Poland and Russia.
He played a significant role in the development of the regional
commercial practice and ended his tenure there as a regional
chief analyst.
Mr. Mitrovic holds a bachelor’s degree from City University
in Slovakia, where he was Valedictorian.
