Doug Noblitt, Director

Doug Noblitt has more than 10 years of financial and operational analysis experience working with numerous companies. He is especially adept at financial planning and reporting, revenue forecasting and the fostering of positive and productive relationships with key constituencies. Additionally, his business and financial models have been utilized to raise and renegotiate debt and equity funding, measure the impact of changing market conditions on company value and determine opportunities for cost reductions and sales growth. A few noteworthy assignments include:

  • Director of business operations for a $4 billion telecom services provider, where he designed and implemented reporting and analyzing processes, performed a variance analysis and managed the company’s efforts to exceed the sales target by more than 80%
  • Assistant chief restructuring officer and sale agent of a Las Vegas-based production company
  • Director of finance for a $900 million software provider, where he developed and initiated a successful operational restructuring plan
  • Advisor to the unsecured creditors’ committee in the bankruptcy of a $1 billion mortgage lender
  • Director of financial planning and analysis for a $100 million telecom services provider, where he developed and initiated business planning tools to raise and renegotiate debt and equity funding, measure the impact of changing market conditions, negotiate terms with creditors and evaluate business opportunities

Mr. Noblitt holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree in international business studies from the University of South Carolina.
