Previously, Mr. Pascucci was employed at Investors Bank & Trust as unit manager of an International Operations Group, where he gained a wealth of operations experience in the financial services sector. In addition, he has extensive management experience overseeing units that focus on cash management, workflow analysis and/or systems integration. A few noteworthy engagements include:

• Assisted with viability and operations analysis of a $270 million commercial roofing company; helped multiple constituents overcome viability concerns and outlined cash management and financial reporting improvements
• Provided crisis management to a publicly traded technology company, including landlord and vendor settlements, litigation support and managing office closings; wind-down plan provided a dividend to creditors
• Assisted with financial and operational analysis of a $110 million metal manufacturer, where he prepared a 13-week cash flow analysis to determine short-term liquidity needs and validated the business plan for achievability
