Peter Richter specializes in financial management, operations,
business development and strategic planning. Mr. Richter is
exceptionally skilled in increasing revenues, reducing costs
and achieving bottom line goals for client companies, and he

Previously, Mr. Richter worked with a consulting firm that
provides profit enhancement, corporate renewal and turnaround
services. Among his many accomplishments there, Mr. Richter
determined the working capital needs of a $500 million grocery
business, managed the ABL banking relationship and placement
of a revolving credit facility and prepared the liquidation
analysis of an auto parts manufacturer for a 363 sales process.
Additional noteworthy experience includes:
- Controller and a general manager for a $475 million automobile
glass replacement company with more than 400 retail locations,
multiple distribution centers and two call centers, where
he managed a $100 million business unit within the parent
company and led the financial systems integration of a $200
million merger
- President and CEO for a start-up, third-party administrator
of property and casualty insurance companies, where he secured
initial private equity investments, increased revenue and
successfully negotiated supply-side agreements with a $1 billion
flooring manufacturer
- Senior vice president of finance for a $200 million automobile
glass replacement company with more than 260 retail locations,
six distribution centers and multiple call centers, where
he increased revenue, reduced costs and accounts receivable,
and launched and managed three call centers in two states
- Vice president of finance and secretary for a leading consolidator
in the automobile collision industry, where, among other duties,
he directed all financial activities of a “start up”
consolidator, such as acquisition valuation and integration,
risk management and securing investment capital
- Led the design and implementation of an inside sales call
center for a $300 million petroleum distribution company
Mr. Richter holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from
Eastern Illinois University. He is a member of the Turnaround
Management Association and the Association of Corporate Growth.
