Bob Armao has more than 15 years of hands-on management and P&L experience working with both start-up and established companies. He has earned a reputation for quickly developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives to control costs, increase revenue, and improve earnings through organizational development. Mr. Armao has particular expertise in the following industries:

Mr. Armao is skilled in turnaround management, operational and financial analyses, acquisition integration, and cash flow and inventory management. Some of his professional accomplishments include:

• COO of one of the fastest growing PC-based phone system companies in the U.S., where he increased revenue and gross margins, successfully guiding the company through its explosive growth
• Executive vice president of the fastest-growing hardware and software mail-order company in the world, where he implemented operational controls to increase revenue and reduce costs, which enabled the successful restructuring and integration of outside acquisitions
• COO of a technology start-up company, where he drove all major processes of the start-up mode, including developing and implementing an effective business plan and overseeing cash management and spending controls, marketing and sales, facilities and human resources
• Vice president of business operations for one of the top 10 personal computer hardware companies in the U.S., where he managed P&L, demand and supply forecasting, financial indicators, management reporting and pricing

Previously, Mr. Armao served as president and CEO of one of the largest IT e-tailers in the U.S. and U.K. Mr. Armao led the dramatic recovery of the online retailer’s U.K. business, resulting in a 75% revenue growth and significant cash flow improvements.

Mr. Armao holds a bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance from Bentley College and an MBA from Purdue University. He also is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
