Bob Scarnecchia has over 20 years of experience working with manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers. He is a co-founder of Bristol Group -- which later merged with TRG, one of CRG Partners’ predecessor firms. At Bristol Group, Mr. Scarnecchia completed numerous assignments involving creditor negotiations, turnarounds and/or crisis management.

Mr. Scarnecchia is a specialist in secured creditor negotiations and is particularly accomplished in unsecured creditor negotiations. He is skilled in cash flow management, collections and credit arrangements, personnel evaluations, on-site crisis management, and the development and implementation of business resuscitation plans. Mr. Scarnecchia is highly skilled in vendor negotiation. He establishes and maintains relationships with vendors to bring stability and continuity of operations to clients and has developed and implemented successful vendor repayment programs for numerous companies. Furthermore, in declining and/or crisis situations, Mr. Scarnecchia provides a hands-on-approach in managing available cash flows to maximize vendor deliveries and minimize non-essential vendor payments. In addition, he:

• Works with clients’ customers to reassure them of clients’ ability to meet on-going requirements
• When required, assumes interim management positions to ensure continuity and success of operations
• Collaborates with banks, secured and unsecured creditors, vendors, customers and others to help successfully steer troubled organizations through restructuring, bankruptcy and if necessary, liquidation
• In liquidations, works with all parties to ensure liquidation value of assets is consistent with legal requirements and to maximize timelines

Previously, Mr. Scarnecchia served as president of a commercial-lending entity with a portfolio in excess of $100 million and as a principal in two regionally based consulting firms. He was also president and COO of Provimi Veal, the nation’s leading veal supplier and co-owner of ISG Extrusion Toolings, a toolings supplier.

Mr. Scarnecchia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an accounting major and a master’s degree in economics, both from Wayne State University.
