Additionally, Mr. Schneider has assisted companies both out-of-court and during bankruptcy proceedings by identifying operational inefficiencies to reduce costs, developing action plans for business stabilization or growth and providing cash-flow models to determine the most profitable strategies. A few noteworthy accomplishments include:

• Restructured the supply chain of a nuclear power plant, where he analyzed and improved process flows and re-negotiated vendor terms, which reduced costs significantly
• Provided advisory services during the Chapter 11 proceedings of a textile company, where he helped develop a business plan, analyzed operating performance reports, devised valuations for divestitures and monitored the plan of reorganization
• Led a team in the restructuring of a division of a Fortune 500 telecommunications company, where he improved operational efficiency, redesigned process flows and established compliance with FTC-regulated benchmarks
• Developed a risk assessment and performed a 13-week cash flow for an energy company, which helped it prepare for Chapter 11 proceedings
• Provided financial advisory and due diligence services for the acquisition of a Canadian coal producer
• Conducted a risk assessment and streamlined operations for a media company with more than $200 million in annual revenue, where his actions greatly reduced costs

Mr. Schneider holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida, as well as an MBA from Duke University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a level-three CFA Institute candidate. He is also a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
