- Acting president and COO for $400 million publicly traded telecom company; achieved profitability during Chapter 11 by implementing a restructuring plan; the company had been experiencing losses of $4 million per month prior to its Chapter 11

For nine years, Mr. Steinberg was managing partner of the Washington office of a prominent law firm and served as the special assistant to Attorney General William French Smith at the U.S. Department of Justice. In this position, Mr. Steinberg was a successor to Chief Justice John Roberts.
Mr. Steinberg has published several books and has written a host of articles for industry publications. He holds a bachelor's degree and a J.D. from Washington University.
