With more than 10 years of experience in restructuring and/or financial advisory services, Todd Michalik is skilled in crisis management, developing and monitoring cash flows, and assisting with the liquidation and wind-down of client companies. His industry experience includes:

Mr. Michalik has gained substantial experience in financial analysis and reporting requirements for middle-market companies from his experience at Ernst & Young and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. At Ernst & Young Mr. Michalik developed liability forecasts of insurance entities and at Liberty Mutual he was an actuarial analyst in the financial reporting and pricing units. Mr. Michalik’s experience also includes:

• Managed the bank reporting requirements and accounts payable for a large fitness equipment manufacturer
• Managed the liquidation of the contents of multiple offices for a large internet consulting firm
• Produced cash flow and financial forecasting models for numerous companies in a variety of industries

Mr. Michalik holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Boston College. He graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
